Marché Main respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information may be collected when you visit our website, why we use it, when it may be shared, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope and accountability
This policy applies to personal information handled through the Marché Main website and related digital communications. It does not describe the independent privacy practices of third-party websites linked from this site.
Marché Main is responsible for personal information under its control. Privacy questions and requests are handled by the person responsible for privacy at Marché Main using the contact method in section 13.

We do not currently collect payment-card information or process online purchases through this website.

Some service providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada. In those locations, information may be subject to local laws and lawful access by courts, governments, or law enforcement. Marché Main considers privacy and security requirements when using service providers and takes measures required by applicable Québec law before communicating personal information outside Québec.
10. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it is held. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
